The man''s name is Zhang Mingrong 张明荣 and the wife is Kong Yan 孔燕.
After her disability, life was very hard for them in the beginning. He basically left his mother to his siblings, worked two jobs and slept on the floor. She didn''t even have a wheelchair in the beginning. Later they opened a restaurant in Qingdao, where they still live.
He first carried her up Mount Tai in 2017 but did not post videos on Douyin/Tiktok until 2021. They married in 2007 so it''s been 15 years.
