We never seem to respect our teachers and parents and grandparents until we are older.

Where I used to work a school had gotten closed down, forcing all those students to travel close to 45 minutes to the nearest school. A school that was already packed with 30 students per classroom, now it was tripled with the same amount of teachers.
Not too mention these students have to suffering from exhaustion to be waking a whole hour earlier and getting home a whole hour later. These kids were already waking at 5:30 AM.
If students and teachers aren't in the best environment. It'll be hard to get anything working properly.

I think teachers in first world countries are not paid enough to care about their students but u will notice in poorer countries, students value education so much more than effing social media likes, thumbs up, hearts, and all that sheet. They know education is key to better life and even the teachers take pride in their roles as educators!
