It just depends. I can take anywhere from 10 minutes to 30 minutes in the bathroom, but I have unfortunate digestive problems and (I assume) a bad gut flora issue, so pooping is sometimes a painful and laborious process.

If you’re not having issues, keep scrolling but if you ever do, maybe look at changing up this habit.
