I fully agree. Facebook, Google, Microsoft, Cisco, etc...all technologies that started in garages by very young entrepreneurs, teenagers sometimes like Bill Gates. Advance a small amount of seed money and these folks explode with results. Not all brilliant innovators are attracted by state-run bureaus or even academia or large firms. Many like Steve Jobs and Elon Musk are college drop-outs. Enlighted venture capital should seek them out the same way sports coaches look for future stars in the ranks of very young players and junior leagues. Science fairs is a good place to start.

Sour grape....i enjoy my Chinese made drone though..... I enjoy my value for money chinese made phone though and it last for years and i sold my last chinese phone for 330sgd to an Indian national who would give the phone to his nephew back in India as present.... LolOLOLOLoLOL
