I think it was intentional on the British part that they are not visiting Kashmir, so as to keep the Indians happy.
You know us , we recommend Kashmir to everyone who travels to Pakistan, but like I said its most probably because of Indian pressure that they visited Chitral , instead of Kashmir.
Indians can’t control the Indian Occupied Kashmir, so its obvious that they don’t want to see the Pakistani side of Kashmir.
